James A. Godfrey
Managing DirectorMr. Godfrey is a dynamic, innovative business leader with over twenty (20) years as an Entrepreneur with proven track record of how to operate and manage a business from inception. James is the holder of a Bachelor’s Degree which he earned at the College of Oceaneering in Los Angeles, California, USA. His first business venture at a tender age was to supply vessels to private mariners.
Anthony J. Sampson
Operations DirectorAs Operations Director, Project Manager and Supervisor, Anthony James Sampson has earned a reputation as a diligent and knowledgeable industry expert, fulfilling contracts for notable institutions such as Gore Development, National Works Agency (NWA), Kingston Freeport Terminal, China Harbour Engineering Company Limited, Moorlands Development and many more across the island.
Osbourne B. Ingleton
Director
Mr. Ingleton held various posts, including Quality Assurance Officer at the National Works Agency (NWA), and Construction Supervisor at the West Indies Alumina Company (Windalco). Under his management, S & G Road Surfacing has successfully completed a wide range of projects, which include milling and asphaltic concrete works, construction of drains, retaining walls and sidewalks, road maintenance, asphalt paving and more, for several prominent local and international companies.
